Your certificate is generated and emailed automatically as soon as all of the following are complete:
All 9 modules finished, including all chapter reviews
The final exam passed with 70% or higher

If you finished the course but have not received your certificate:

Confirm all modules and the final exam show as complete in your dashboard
Let us know and we can verify your completion and resend your certificate
