No. Your certificate is delivered by email only. There is no in-account download option. Save the PDF from your email as soon as you receive it.

After you receive your certificate, submit it to the court handling your case. Ask your court how they want to receive it — by mail, fax, email, or in person. Your court will confirm your completion and record it in your case file.

Can I get a replacement if I delete the email? Yes. Let us know and we can resend your certificate.

What name appears on my certificate? Your certificate displays the name you provided when you enrolled. If the name is incorrect, contact us as soon as possible — especially before submitting to your court.

What information is on the certificate? Your certificate includes the course name, your name, and confirms that you have completed the Florida Parent Education and Family Stabilization Course as required. It is signed and issued by Divorce Parenting Class as an approved Florida DCF provider.
