Your course access is active for 120 days from the date you enrolled. During this time, you can log in, resume the course, review completed modules, and take or retake the final exam.

Your 120-day access period and your 45-day legal deadline are two separate things:

Your legal deadline will arrive long before your access period expires. Complete the course and submit your certificate to the court within your 45-day legal window — do not rely on the 120-day access period to set your pace.

After 120 days from enrollment, your course access expires. If you have not completed the course by that point, you would need to re-enroll. However, missing your 45-day legal deadline is the more pressing concern — contact your attorney immediately if you are close to or past that deadline.

Can I still use the course after my 45-day legal deadline passes? Your account will remain open until the 120-day access period ends. However, completing the course after your legal deadline may not satisfy the court's requirement. Contact your attorney immediately if you have missed or are approaching your legal deadline.
