Your completion certificate is emailed to you automatically as a PDF attachment after you pass the final exam and complete all course requirements. You do not need to request the initial certificate. Email arrival can vary.

When you complete the course, Divorce Parenting Class generates your certificate and sends it to the email address you provided at enrollment. Check the email address used for your order or course, including inbox, spam/junk, Promotions, and other folders. If the certificate email is missing, ask the support team in this chat to check issuance and delivery and help with a resend. Include your name, course, order or course email address, and completion date if known.

No. Your certificate is delivered by email only. There is no in-account download option. Save the PDF from your email as soon as you receive it.

After you receive your certificate, submit it to the court handling your case. Ask your court how they want to receive it — by mail, fax, email, or in person. Your court will confirm your completion and record it in your case file.

Can I get a replacement if I delete the email? Yes. Let us know and we can resend your certificate.

What name appears on my certificate? Your certificate displays the full legal name you provided when you enrolled. If the name is incorrect, let us know as soon as possible — especially before submitting to your court.

What information is on the certificate? Your certificate includes your full name, the course title, course duration (4 hours), provider information, your completion date, and unique verification details. It does not include your exam score.
